All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Ontario, Canada. Please review the information below before placing your order.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

 

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $25 CAD

(3–9 business days on orders under $300)

• Free Standard Shipping: Orders $300 CAD and up

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in shipping rates and are determined by local customs authorities.

 

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking is provided whenever available. Please note that once a parcel has left our studio, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and customs services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

 

A Note on Shipping Costs

We are an independent, one-person studio, and all pieces are produced and shipped in very small quantities. Current shipping rates reflect the true cost of safely sending heavier garments such as leather jackets, particularly from Canada.

At this time, we are unable to subsidize or offer lower shipping rates, but we always aim to ship orders as efficiently and securely as possible. Your understanding directly supports the sustainability of small-scale, independent craftsmanship.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or held by postal services once they have been shipped, but we are always happy to assist with carrier inquiries where possible.
