Returns & Refunds Policy
Because each piece is produced in very small quantities and often made to order, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order items are final sale.
As an independent, one-person studio, every made-to-order piece is handcrafted specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns on made-to-order items.
However, we stand behind our work and craftsmanship.
Repairs
• We are happy to offer complimentary repairs up to a total value of $100 for made-to-order items.
• Any repairs exceeding this amount will be quoted and charged accordingly.
• This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
If you believe your item has a workmanship issue, please contact us before attempting any repair.
Ready-to-Ship & Smaller Items ($200 and Below)
For ready-to-ship items and items priced at $200 or below, we accept returns under the following conditions:
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Made-to-order items
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items
• Items showing signs of wear or use
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Returns or repairs sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

• International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees
